Biography from American Idol- Becky O'Donohue is a 25-year-old from Dobbs Ferry, NY. Becky began singing at the age of 4. The Gist: The stunning Rachel Blakely and busty Jennifer O'Dell round out the sexy cast of The Lost World. When I first happened by this show one lazy Sunday afternoon, I had mistakenly taken Rachel for Carol Alt. Her stunning eyes and wholesome looks had me hooked. The show follows the basic formula for Jiggle T.V.; action and hot chicks every 5 minutes, but also had some rather strong themes too. Although not my favorite on my Jiggle line up, the show did have an impressive run.

The Gist: This Baywatch spin off recived a luke-warm welcome at best. The show would run for a full two seasons before being canceled. The show would however introduce us to a young Angie Harmon, who would later star on Law & Order. I wasn't much of a fan, but the impact of Baywatch and it's spins offs (also see Baywatch Hawaii) cannot be denied. Baywatch will go down history as the most popular Jiggle Television show in history of the world. There, I said it.

Basic Plot: Baywatch Nights is a spin-off show from the popular syndicated series Baywatch. The series stars David Hasselhoff as Mitch Buchannon, who operates a private detective agency. After the first year, the series took on a different focus for the episode plots with many of them focusing on the occult and similar themes.

Costume wardrobe must consist of skimpy clothing; if not, the shows plot must allow for a "plausable" reason to put on skimpy clothing.
Uncomplicated story lines as not to distract us from the reason we watch, the jiggle.
Cheezy special effects and music.
Show must show clevege or sexy mid-drift in every-other shot, and no extreme face close ups.

North Shore

North Shore - A primetime soap set at a Hawaiian resort hotel and revolving around the lives of its twentysomething staff.

Jason serves as the main manager to the hotel owner Vincent in running the hotel chain on the Hawaiian shore. Drama ensues when Nicole arrives on the scene and sees that her ex love, Jason, is the manager of the hotel. Nicole has issues with the relationship but tries to keep things professional to avoid getting hurt. On the beach, Gabriel is the hotel's lifeguard, who has a love triangle of his own after questioning his own future at the hotel. MJ and Chris continuously have serious thoughts about breaking apart after events in their past and present keep them separated. Frankie is the handsome bartender, who gets his own job as a club manager as the series progresses. Frankie's club, which is part of the hotel, serves as a place of drama throughout the series.
The summer series gets hotter when Tessa arrives in the second episode. She repeatedly serves as a character of controversy from the beginning. Tessa is out for herself and does not hesitate to use others to further her status and career within the hotel. The biggest shock comes Alexandra comes on scene and reveals her connections to Nicole's father. Alexandra uses her cunning to sneak her way into power over the hotel and causes many conflicts among many of the employees of the Grand Waimea.

North Shore at the beginning pulls in over 5 million viewers during its summer debut in the Monday slot for FOX. After the premiere, the show began to trail in viewers but not enough for FOX to cancel the show all together. When the new FOX fall lineup was introduced, the network decided to put the show on Thursday along with The OC. This move did not benefit the show at all. North Shore will trailed in around 4 million viewers per episode.

After trailing along until the end of December, FOX decides to cancel the show after airing 20 episodes leaving one episode unaired. The last episode aired in early January leaving many unable to find out how the series ended.

A workplace ensemble comedy, Stacked revolves around beautiful Skyler Dayton (Pamela Anderson, “Baywatch,” “V.I.P”), who is tired of her non-stop partying lifestyle and bad choices in boyfriends. Wanting a major life change, she wanders into “Stacked Books,” a small, family-run bookstore owned by Gavin Miller (Elon Gold “The In-Laws”) and his brother, Stuart (Brian Scolaro, “Three Sisters”).

Divorced and unlucky in love himself, Gavin’s inclined to regard Skyler as an embodiment of the vacuous, image-obsessed culture he has come to abhor. Stuart, however, is dazzled by Skyler’s beauty and, much to Gavin’s horror, offers her a job at their store, which she happily accepts as the first step in her quest for a steadier lifestyle. Unhappy that she’s going to be minding the till next to such an intimidating bombshell is the store’s sole other employee, hapless Katrina (Marissa Jaret Winoker, “Hairspray”), who doles out doses of realism and cynicism. Where did the term come from? The answer: "Sugar Time!" (1977)TV series 1977-1978

Apperently "Jiggle Television" was coined by a T.V. Critic about the short-lived ABC-TV comedy series Sugar Time! starring Barbie Benton, about an aspiring female rock group in 1977. That show's greatest claim to fame may have been its inspiring one television critic to call it "jiggle TV", a term that was then frequently used to describe the many television series of the era starring attractive, sexy young women.
